Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions
These Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ticketed events hosted, presented, or sold by The Bell Tree Tavern. By purchasing a ticket, completing checkout, or attending a ticketed event, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
1. Official Ticket Sales
Tickets for The Bell Tree Tavern events are sold only through The Bell Tree Tavern’s official website and authorized checkout pages linked directly by The Bell Tree Tavern.
Tickets purchased from individuals, third-party resale websites, Facebook groups, Facebook Marketplace, social media comments or messages, Craigslist, online marketplaces, or any other unauthorized source are not considered purchases made through The Bell Tree Tavern.
The Bell Tree Tavern cannot verify the authenticity, validity, price, or ownership of tickets obtained from an unauthorized third party.
2. Ticket Scams, Resale & Third-Party Purchases
Customers should use caution when purchasing or accepting tickets from anyone other than The Bell Tree Tavern.
The Bell Tree Tavern is not responsible for:
- Fraudulent or counterfeit tickets
- Duplicate tickets or QR codes
- Tickets that have already been used or scanned
- Altered or invalid tickets
- Tickets purchased through unauthorized resale websites
- Tickets purchased through social media or online marketplaces
- Money sent directly to an individual claiming to sell tickets
- Tickets sold above or below their original purchase price
- Any financial loss resulting from a third-party transaction
Purchasing a ticket from an unauthorized seller is done at the purchaser's own risk.
The Bell Tree Tavern is under no obligation to replace, refund, honor, or provide admission for fraudulent, duplicated, altered, previously used, or otherwise invalid tickets obtained outside of our official ticketing system.
3. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
Once an event is within 14 calendar days of its scheduled date, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when The Bell Tree Tavern expressly announces otherwise.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the refund request is received, not the date the ticket was originally purchased.
Purchasing a ticket within 14 days of an event does not create an additional refund period. Tickets purchased during this period are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
4. No Cash Refunds
The Bell Tree Tavern does not issue cash refunds for tickets purchased electronically.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to complete the purchase whenever possible.
Customers should allow normal processing time for approved refunds to appear on their account. Processing times vary by bank, credit card issuer, and payment processor.
Once The Bell Tree Tavern has submitted an approved refund to the payment processor, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account is controlled by the customer's financial institution and payment processor.
5. Missed Events & No-Shows
Refunds will not be issued when a ticket holder is unable to attend the event.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Forgetting the event date or time
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Work conflicts
- Transportation or travel issues
- Arriving after the event has started
- Arriving after admission has ended
- Leaving the event early
- Changes in personal plans
- Choosing not to attend
- Other personal circumstances preventing attendance
Failure to attend an event does not qualify the ticket holder for a refund, credit, or replacement ticket.
6. Partial Parties & Unused Tickets
Purchasing multiple tickets does not guarantee that every member of the purchaser's party will be able to attend.
If one or more members of a party cannot attend, the unused ticket or tickets are not eligible for a refund within the 14-day non-refundable period.
For example, if six tickets are purchased and only four guests attend, the two unused tickets will not be refunded simply because those guests were unable to attend.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming the availability of their party before purchasing tickets.
7. Ticket Confirmation & QR Codes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information during checkout and maintaining access to their ticket confirmation.
When an event uses QR-code admission, guests should have their valid ticket or QR code available when arriving at the event.
Customers are responsible for protecting their ticket information and QR codes. Posting, sharing, forwarding, or publicly displaying a ticket or QR code may allow another person to use it.
If multiple people present the same ticket or QR code, admission may be granted to the ticket that is successfully validated first.
The Bell Tree Tavern is not responsible for tickets or QR codes that are copied, shared, forwarded, stolen, or otherwise used by another person.
8. Event Dates & Arrival
Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing the event date, start time, location, admission information, and any additional instructions provided on the event page or ticket confirmation.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early enough to complete check-in before the scheduled event begins.
Late arrival does not guarantee admission, reserved seating, or access to portions of the event that have already occurred.
Late arrival does not qualify the ticket holder for a refund.
9. Seating
Unless an event specifically states otherwise, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a particular table, seat, seating location, or proximity to the stage.
Certain events may include general admission, first-come-first-served seating, standing-room admission, reserved sections, or other event-specific seating arrangements.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the seating information provided for the specific event before completing their purchase.
10. Event Changes
The Bell Tree Tavern may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to an event.
Changes may include the event schedule, start time, entertainment lineup, performer, host, seating arrangement, menu, event format, or other event details.
When a significant change occurs, The Bell Tree Tavern will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated information to affected ticket holders using the contact information provided during checkout.
A minor change to an event does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
11. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If The Bell Tree Tavern cancels an event, affected ticket holders will receive information regarding the options available for that event.
Depending on the circumstances, options may include a refund to the original payment method, event credit, transfer to a rescheduled date, or another remedy communicated by The Bell Tree Tavern.
If an event is rescheduled, The Bell Tree Tavern will communicate the applicable ticket and refund options to affected ticket holders.
Customers should follow the instructions provided for the specific cancelled or rescheduled event.
12. Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may be affected by weather, power outages, emergencies, government restrictions, performer availability, transportation disruptions, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside of The Bell Tree Tavern's reasonable control.
The existence of inclement weather does not automatically mean an event has been cancelled.
Unless The Bell Tree Tavern officially announces that an event has been cancelled, guests should assume the event is proceeding as scheduled.
If an event must be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, The Bell Tree Tavern will communicate the options available to affected ticket holders.
13. Admission
The Bell Tree Tavern reserves the right to verify tickets before allowing admission.
Presentation of a ticket does not guarantee admission if the ticket is fraudulent, duplicated, altered, previously scanned, invalid, or otherwise cannot be verified through our ticketing system.
Guests must also comply with any age requirements, identification requirements, event-specific rules, and applicable laws communicated for the event.
Failure to meet an event's stated admission requirements may result in denied entry without a refund.
14. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully toward employees, performers, vendors, and other guests.
The Bell Tree Tavern reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse admission or remove a guest for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, destructive, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the safety or reasonable enjoyment of the event.
A guest who is denied admission or removed because of their conduct is not automatically entitled to a refund.
15. Performer & Entertainment Disclaimer
Views, statements, jokes, opinions, performances, or other content expressed by entertainers, performers, comedians, musicians, speakers, vendors, or other third parties are their own and do not necessarily represent the views, beliefs, or opinions of The Bell Tree Tavern.
Live entertainment may contain adult themes, strong language, mature subject matter, or material that some guests may find offensive.
When an event includes specific age restrictions or content notices, those details will be provided on the applicable event page when appropriate.
Personal dissatisfaction with a performer's material or entertainment content does not automatically qualify a ticket holder for a refund.
16. Food, Beverage & Additional Purchases
Unless specifically stated in the event description, the purchase of an event ticket does not automatically include food, beverages, gratuity, merchandise, or other purchases made at The Bell Tree Tavern.
Guests should review the individual event description to determine exactly what is included with their ticket.
Additional purchases made during an event are subject to the policies applicable to those purchases.
17. Ticket Pricing & Fees
Ticket prices may vary by event, ticket type, seating category, purchase date, promotional period, or availability.
Special promotions, early-bird pricing, discounts, or later price changes do not entitle previous purchasers to a refund of the difference.
Any applicable taxes, service charges, or processing fees will be disclosed during the purchase process when required.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers who believe there is an issue with a ticket purchase are encouraged to contact The Bell Tree Tavern directly so the matter can be reviewed.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically override these Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions or establish eligibility for a refund.
The Bell Tree Tavern may provide the applicable ticket purchase records, checkout acceptance records, event information, attendance or ticket validation information, refund policy, and related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
19. Event-Specific Terms
Certain events may have additional policies, requirements, age restrictions, seating rules, deadlines, or other terms.
When event-specific terms are provided on an event page or during checkout, those terms apply in addition to these general Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions.
If an event-specific policy expressly differs from a general policy listed here, the event-specific policy will apply to that event.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Ticketed Event Terms & Conditions before completing checkout.
By selecting the required Terms & Conditions checkbox and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund deadline, final-sale provisions, attendance policies, ticket authenticity requirements, third-party resale policies, event rules, and other terms stated above.
Please review your event date, ticket quantity, and event details carefully before completing your purchase.
For the safest purchase experience, always purchase tickets directly through The Bell Tree Tavern's official website or an official ticket checkout page linked by The Bell Tree Tavern.
